What data and why

We process the data you give us in your request: name, phone number, email (if given), wedding date, ceremony and reception venues and your message. We use it to reply, prepare a quote and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, after the service, to issue an invoice and keep records required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

The form, email and WhatsApp

Form data goes to our request handling system (server in Germany) and to our mailbox kontakt@krolewski-szofer.pl, together with the page the request came from. If you write via WhatsApp, messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group) under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep data

We keep request data until the conversation and the service are complete, and accounting data for the period required by tax law.

Who receives data

We do not sell data. It may only be processed by providers that help us run the website and business: website and email hosting (OVH), the server of our request handling system (netcup, Germany), our accountant and WhatsApp if you choose that channel.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. The hosting server may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Just write to kontakt@krolewski-szofer.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
